I'm sure sun butter would work perfectly...Risa,<br />I'm sure sun butter would work perfectly in these. I was considering using agave, but decided to try the raw honey with bee pollen. I will probably use agave next time. I agree with you about the peanut butter chips. I've never used them in this recipe as I feel that chocolate compliments the peanut butter in the recipe. I would use the Sun Butter...These look outstanding. I would use the Sun Butter instead of peanut butter as my son is allergic to peanuts. I would also use a different chip than the peanut butter chips. Instead of honey I would use agave nectar.
