I got up early this morning to decorate the cheesecake for the charity bake sale at Perry's office. Not my best decorating effort, but it'll have to do. The cheesecake is just a basic recipe of cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla. I used a chocolate crust (oreo crumbs with butter) pressed into a springform pan, poured the filling over and baked it for about 55 minutes. Cooled, refrigerated overnight and then decorated this morning. The topping is just caramel sauce, grated milk chocolate (I used my Microplane) and Rolo candies. It's not the fanciest cake, but hopefully it'll help help raise a little more money for the charity.
