Healing with Everyday Superfoods and a Contest!!

You've 'heard' me mention Meghan Telpner before on this blog.  In fact my last post
was inspired by her last tutorial "5 Days Low GI".
I have learned so much from her website and enjoyed many of her yummy recipes over the last few months, but a couple of weeks ago was the first time I downloaded and tried one of her tutorials.  The "5 Days Low GI" challenge was actually a lot of fun for me.  Meghan provided recipes for all of the 5 days (breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks) and a LOT of additional information.  I took this info. and created some of my own recipes (within her guidelines, of course) and ended up having a blast while getting healthier!  Now Meghan is running a contest to win her latest e-tutorial on Superfoods!  I already eat quite a few superfoods, but I'd love to learn more about them and about some I've probably never even heard of or didn't even realise WERE superfoods.  The way it works is that I post a link to the new e-tutorial here on my blog, and I get a chance to win it!  How exciting!! :-)
So here is Meghan's latest and greatest e-tutorial.

But it gets even better!  You can also win a copy!  All you have to do is leave a comment here on my blog, telling me which superfood is your favourite and how you enjoy it!  For example "I love broccoli and my favourite way to eat it is steamed with a little flax oil drizzled on top".  That's all there is to it!  I will draw randomly from all the entries I receive and will notify the winner by April 7th.  I will forward that winner's name and e-mail address to Meghan and she will tell you where to download the e-tutorial!  Easy peasy!  So leave your comment and we'll both keep our fingers crossed that we'll be winners!

  2. I already eat a lot of superfoods too - nuts and seeds, cranberries, blueberries, and greens. In fact, I put greens in my Matzo Lasagna last night. No one knew they were there and no one complained.

This sounds like a great challenge. It will definitely make us eat more of the good foods, that is for sure. Thanks.

  4. Gotta be cacao - nibs mixed with goji berries and coconut and eaten by the handful!
